Welcome to WaterNet . . . .
…the data portal for the People, Ponds and Water project.
Waternet is a hub where information and data can be shared by everyone. It provides both a data management tool and a resource for increased learning and understanding of our freshwater heritage.
Volunteers can view all the People, Ponds and Water networks, adopt sites for survey, enter your records, uploads photographs and diagrams, see summary statistics and analyse your data, and download some or all of the records. Data formats are compatible with other recording databases, but uniquely WaterNet combines habitat and species data and analyses and presents your results in the context of the national results.
The portal will be available soon for data entry by PondNet, Flagship Pond and Clean Water volunteers. In the meantime, please submit your PondNet Great Crested Newt survey records or Clean Water for Wildlife results using the forms below. Or, you can email your results to: firstname.lastname@example.org
