Today is an exciting time for us as we relaunch as Freshwater Habitats Trust and kick off the proceedings with a boat trip up the Thames….
Our heartfelt thanks go to all our sponsors for our relaunch: Thames Water, Waitrose, Hansons and The Co-operative Group.
Thames Water has collaborated with the Freshwater Habitats Trust (then Pond Conservation) for over 20 years on pond creation and biodiversity monitoring projects, and we are proud to have them as our main sponsor.
Waitrose are supplying all the lovely food for our launch event, as well as supporting our rebranding process.
Hansons are an important partner in our projects to restore biodiversity in former quarries, particularly through their Quarry Life Award, and The Co-operative Group is helping us with the relaunch and exploring future collaboration in species restoration projects in Wales.
